The Swiss company REGO-FIX produces and markets high-quality tool clamping systems made in Switzerland.
REGO-FIX products are used in the automotive, aerospace, mould, machine tool, medical, telecommunications and watchmaking industries.
Over the years, REGO-FIX has expanded its offer: in addition to ER clamping systems, REGO-FIX also produces and markets the following systems:

– ReCool refrigeration systems
In 1972 REGO-FIX introduced the ER system and in 1992 ER collets were declared compliant with DIN 6499. 2022 marked the 50th anniversary of this revolutionary invention, which radically changed the way a tool is clamped cutting. Before ER collets, the collets were strongly anchored to the holders after machining: removal required a lot of force, damaged the back part of the collets and thus significantly shortened the life of the tools. The REGO-FIX revolution meant that the external part of the collet had only one groove, which was hooked to the eccentric ring of the newly developed clamping ring. In this way, the caliper was extracted directly from the support by unscrewing the ring nut.
